I was surprised when I checked my BP today, it's 90/70. Isn't that too low? Usually it's 110/70 or 120/80 for me. I'm not sure if this is an effect of my 20:4 fasting, but I don't diet at all. I still eat cakes, chocolates and chicharon. I'm wondering if that's the reason why I am dizzy sometimes kasi my body is not used to such low BP.

Thanks ry, dr d and ale. Define young female? Teenager?
I've been feeling lethargic for the past few days. If I take my BP a second and third time a lalo pang bumababa 😳

December 7th, 2023 05:05 PM #1449for TIL fans,
40 is the arbitrary border between "in the young" and "older".
some writers feel that,
genetics usually has a stronger involvement in diseases occurring at below 40, while environment may play a more palpable role in illnesses occurring above 40.
