I agree.
I do hope an Alterra owner would come out one of this days to share his experience as well.
Dmax & Crosswind, no doubt, kita naman sa kalye kung gano karami.

this might not be the right thread for an altera but basically it's a modification of the dmax to an suv and a diff'rent engine.. performancewise, at low gears it acts like a xwind.. meaning it doesn't have dmax's 'brusko effect' at headstart.. however, at long stretches it overpowers the dmax. i think the best property it curtails is the fuel economy of it's CrDi engine.. it runs on a 23km/L ratio

23km/L???? Samantalang according to the new Fortuner owners, 6-11km/L lang.

sounds unbelievable, right?
but that's how it is being boasted by isuzu dealers based on altera's performance in thailand.. and, if locally proven correct in days to come.. that would be astounding!

O iba pa ito...parang MU kasi ang basa ko sa tag niya when I saw one in Thailand early this year lang....gwuapo and have the potential to beat Fortuner.

well, one thing's for sure. test drive & test run na yan, para makita natin yung claims ng 23 km/L.
mga sir(if im going out of place, sorry), may i remind everyone po, dmax thread tayo not alterra. unless isuzu is going to introduce new powertrain for the dmax, we should refrain from going off-topics.
