then i got an 18v washer, a lot more convenient. also got a "foam cannon" for it but the foam is very watery so it runs down quickly

so i tried those pump-up foam sprayers, foam quality is OK but needs a lot of manual pumping

Thanks for the idea. I already ordered a similar self-powered foam sprayer and a foaming car shampoo+wax solution.

There's still truth in the saying; "If you want it done right, DIY." The classic two-bucket system is still the best way to clean your car, but if I have to do a weekly or twice-monthly washes, I just need a quick and easy method without breaking my back.

I'll still take it to a pro for the more delicate and laborious stuff like polishing, buffing, detailing, etc. But that's probably still several years down the road.

Im still looking for a shampoo that I can use para contactless na yung carwash ko.

Tried before with MTX pero may nakita pa rin akong dumi na hindi natanggal.
Kaya bumalik ako sa pag gamit ng wash mitt.
    before... Meguiar's (yung yellow)

pero now, MTX yung gamit ko

ang tagal kasi maubos nung Meguiar's hahaha

almost engine wash na lang ako sa Car/Scooter ko... super busy kasi lately.

The listing in the Shopee link is a scam. Store/user name is random, prices on their items are nowhere near their actual value, among other red flags.

    Don't buy that.

Basta walang rating at unreadable store name, iwas na.
Also, if may rating pero lahat english, may tagalog naman pero halatang translated, iwasan din yan.

so i decided to revisit the old 220v Fujima pressure washer that's been sitting here unused for a couple of years, but this time w/ a new smaller-diameter hose that's more flexible, and a new short gun (the original was super long which has its uses but is unwieldy for car washing).

i also installed a smaller 0.9mm brass orifice for the foamer (stock orifice is probably 1.0mm). i poured just 2 capfuls of MTX shampoo into the bottle then filled it up w/ water. the foam quality isn't great but is good enough. still a bit runny but stays on long enough for you to wipe down an entire side of the car i.e. you just have foam blast one side at a time. maybe the foam could be improved w/ a better shampoo...

works pretty well as it is. i like that it blasts out a lot of foam quickly. those battery foamers seem interesting but the output seems low, gonna slow down your work...

Hindi lang masyado nakakatanggal yung MTX shampoo.
Kaya naghahanap ako ng suggested shampoo para sa ganyan bottle sa pressure washer.

runny foam is fine w/ me. the setup is perfectly capable of making shaving cream type foam you just have to use more shampoo
