Better go to the police then.....

And tell your brother you are reporting the car as carnapped and he is the suspect. That will make him think twice.

Record any reply he sends you....

yung witness sa GCT Buco-R scam na nagka-taong napanood ko sa TV,
he said he was in jail because the judge found him guilty of forging a signature in a deed of sale (ng lupa).

It is a known and unfortunate fact that relatives or/and people close to you are the first ones to abuse your trust and generosity ...

Try to talk to him again and again. Don't tire. Family will always be family. But if your reputation and accountability is on the line which will affect your own family in the future, get a lawyer and give him a lesson of a lifetime.

If that's the case then protect yourself ASAP.

At the end of they day sayo ang bagsak niyang since sayo naka name ang loan. Alam mo naman yan since you're working in a bank.

They even asked me to sign something, I'm not sure if deed of sale yun, para daw madali nalang transfer of property kapag ituturn over na yung sasakyan after 5 yrs.

Until now they wont answer to my calls and texts kung ano details nung buyer ng car, wala din akong any documentation on hand na may consent yung pag benta nila ng car sa iba.

it's a big problem for me coz im working in the banking industry and i know it will greatly affect my credit score.

I don't want to resort sana to legal process pero sobra nila kong ginigipit even if I helped them in the first place. Thanks for all your replies, greatly appreciated!
    based on your updated narration,
    i-habla na nyo, po.

bro, I also work in the banking industry. pag nag issue ka nga ng bouncing cheque eh ipatatawag kana sa HR. malamang ma apektuhan employment mo dito if you don't settle it right away.

no choice ka, so consult a lawyer na talaga.

Hi tsikoteers! Just wanna throw in this question, what are the risks of getting “assume balance cars”?

Trying to get my first car, either assume balance na 1 or 2 years remaining nalang or low budget cash.
