mindanao is going hungry
The worst hunger is in Mindanao (18.3 points), followed by the National Capital Region (17.3), Balance Luzon (12.7). and Visayas (6.0). Compared to September, hunger rose to serious levels in the first three areas, but fell in the fourth.

This is what I mean that actual inflation felt by the masses is different from what the gov't is telling us.
True inflation is way more than what they say it is. Inamin din nila na iba sinabi nung Aug. (6.4%) at yung totoo.

Expect a lower October inflation rate. Food prices seem to be going down, especially with vegetables. Supply is back to normal.
