    FYI two kinds of mitsubishi inverter aircon may mitsubishi aircon and mit-air. Medyo mas mura ng konti yung mit air.

    Every month if possible. No high pressure watwr so the fins dont get bent. Simply running it will dry it in a few minutes.

    Agree. Every month garden hose ok na. Just be carefull lang sa PCB box baka mabasa.

    Pag indoor. Watergun ng bata pwd na. Basta yung malaki.
    Kung midyo tech ka. Habang pa linis ka ng aircon nood nood ka. Malalaman mo panu mag linis.

    Daiken, being Japanese, is a good brand, and Kolin, being non-Japanese, is not of equal stature. But I have a Daiken and it's giving me headaches, whereas my Kolin has performed flawlessly. I guess nagkakatalo na lang sa installation. If the installer flops, then your unit, however expensive, will flop as well.

    Im an architect in a firm that specializes in high end houses and the 2 ac choices are Concepcion Carrier and Mitsubishi. Daiken is sometimes used if the owner suggests.
