You bet. When I had my issue before with Sky, not only did the account representative came but also the new accounts manager came to the office to apologize for the delay and assure me that they will get things done right away.

Converge user din kami sa office. Pero naloko ata nung account representative yung admin namin. I was not yet hired when the company got the services of Converge. Noong time of renewal, I told them to lower their price to the same price as what we are paying Eastern and Sky or, else they can walk. They slashed their rates.

Depending on the company, 60s typically retired na hehe. I can count with one hand the number of employees above 50 years old in our company.

Bakit ang konti ng 50s sa inyo? They retire early or puro bata hini hire sa inyo? Iniisip ko kasi when you are 60s nasa top or peak na ng where you want to be in corporate kasi near retirement na (65) I think depende nga sa industry kasi samin most of the big bosses are 50s up (25+ yrs in the company) Kila ex crush marami pa rin 60s. I asked him what he plans to do after 60 and he said he will still work until 70 ata.

Bihira na 60s unless they are asked to stay that long in the company or they are part owner of the company. Most senior executives are within their 50s while those in senior management positions are in their 40s. My boss, who’s the country manager, is not even 50 yet.

Promote from within culture kasi - so you can only come in as an entry-level hire. So usually wala naman new hires beyond their 20s.

Tapos 20+ years in the company typically CEO ka na. So our CEO is 42. Our Sales Director is 43. Our Marketing Director is in her late 30s I think.

By the time you're 50 wala ka na energy to keep up with the young ones so they usually take the early retirement package when it's offered to them.
