it wont happen. mahirap nga satin pag may precedent nagiging complacent na tayo. i agree with 111prez. ang problema sa pinas ay ang pag gawa ng batas. tama si mirriam dati. time to dissolved congress. they are inefficient, self serving, etc. gastusin na lang ngatin sa ibang bagay. it maybe harsh but we need harsh decision. nagbigay pa nga lang ng memo ang CSC re: sa new saln procedures e nag cross party lines na lahat ng cocgresman eh pag angal. what more sa waiver. it wont happen unless protected na mga assets nila. wala namang masama siguro kung isabay yung waiver na yan kahit me impeachment pa. mahirap yata mag pajudge sa isang taong di naman kaya gawin ang kanyang pinpreach. sabi nga nung isang kolumnista dati, "di ko irereport ang mga babaero for some obvious reason".

i don't really care much about the SALN charge, but i think the third article in w/c he connived with the camp of pandak so as to escape the law will do him in:congrats::congrats::congrats:

i agree nung una medyo weak talaga yung case. pero since nagka-aminan na... the question that remained is kung ang di pag-declare sa SALN is an impeachable offence. di na rin kailangan i-prove na it is ill-gotten if manalo ang view na impeachable ang di pag-declare sa SALN ng ibang assets, esp. as large as the CJ's. as the prosecutor pointed out, me natanggal na nga sa di lang pag-declare ng pwesto sa palengke, why should the CJ be different? from way back, i read of an old gov't employee na nahatulan ng multa at pagkakulong dahil nahuli sa pagtanggap ng bribe for P500. so it riles me to know of gov't. employees getting away with millions of loot. where's the justice there?

Yun Sinabi mo na-prove sa pagtanggap ng bribes. Sa Dami-dami ng hi-profile cases dyan sa SC, ni Isa wala na hit ang prosecution na bribery scandal with witnesses na guilty c Corona? dun pa Lang ang hina ng student government natin. Dinadaan sa haka-jaka na pag may tinago o may hindi dine-clare that's tantamount to betrayal of public trust.

if that is the case then we are just proving ourselves a biased emotional race. Kung sa US customs nga eh, I did not declare I'm bringing in food sa paper, then when asked again sa security I said no food. And lunabas sa x-ray I had food. 2 US airport security went, 1 behind my back and while the other one inspected my Handcarry. Yun pala I forgot to mention I brought in food from the plane, 4 yoghurts and a dessert. OB, medyo flawed naman yata yung good faith argument mo. Me being a non-lawyer, I could probably hide in good faith. But CJ being the chief interpreter of the law, di pwede haka-haka lang. On face value, mukhang wala namang conflict sa FCDU at SALN requirement... except talaga you chose to see or interpret it differently for ulterior motive/s. Kung duda pa rin, as many have said here why not take the moral high ground of choosing the spirit of the law? Kaya ayan, doon sya mukhang bubutasan ni JPE.

saludo ako kay cheap justice corona pag nahatulan siya ng guilty verdict. he is now setting an example for all government officials. ang pag gobyerno ay hindi negosyo ito ay serbisyo sa pilipino.
