I believe also on trial are those congressmen. We really should think hard on who we entrust those powers this bunch of bungling congressmen currently have.

Simple removal from office is the penalty for CJ if he is indeed convicted. Pero lahat ng accrued retirement benefits nya ay mawawala and if he is found to have committed any violations against the Lawyer's Oath, he may ultimately be disbarred from the profession..

for the time we spent on this circus. we are expecting a heavier punishment. the fanfare spent is not equal to the punishment to be given if in-fact there will be.

IMO guilty si CJ for not disclosing his assets sa SALN. inamin na rin nya na may dollar at peso accounts na mas malaki sa declared assets. palusot na lang niya yung hindi pag-declare ng dollar account dahil sa FCDA at yung co-mingled peso account. alam nyo naman mga lawyers hahanap at hahanap ng rason ang mga yan para mailusot ang kaso.
