I believe also on trial are those congressmen. We really should think hard on who we entrust those powers this bunch of bungling congressmen currently have.

Simple removal from office is the penalty for CJ if he is indeed convicted. Pero lahat ng accrued retirement benefits nya ay mawawala and if he is found to have committed any violations against the Lawyer's Oath, he may ultimately be disbarred from the profession.. :)Quote:
