TIA

October 20th, 2006 05:15 PM #32pangit siguro application ng cold patch sa yo sir. kulang sa surface preparation. cold patch usually lasts the life of the tire.
although some tsikoteers here doesn't recommend, "tusok" yung ginawa sa wheels ng oto ko. almost a year na, ok pa rin.
as for the question of "tusok" and patch, yun kasing tusok goes straight into the tire's interior lining, pag nilagyan ng patch, nakabukol sya sa loob.

para di na ot: cold patch na lang kesa tusok method, it is more reliable and safe however, depende pa din sa pagkakagawa.and ...
ot ulet: advice pala para sa majority, try niyo po magpagawa ng gulong sa mga vulcanizing shop na makina ung pangtanggal nila sa tires mula sa rims, it does reduce the chances na magkadamage ung rims and tires naten especially for those who have thinner series tires. hehe na share lang, have bad experience eh

Mahirap makahanap ng madikit na cold patch. Yung sakin pina vulca ko cold patch. Yung patch na nilagay yung kulay orange na may itim then after mabombahan ang gulong singaw pa rin. Ayun nauwi rin sa tusok. Nung tinusok parang nagdahilan.

I once brought my bro-inlaw's vios to my suking vulcanizing shop cause I did not have the time to bring it to his preferred shop that does that cold patch method. When the tire was opened up, the leaks were at where the cold patches were placed. I had it repaired the old fashioned way.
