Pina cold patch ko na kanina pero bumubula pa rin!
It seems there's an alternate route for the air to leak out. Could it be it's leaking between the layers?

July 24th, 2006 06:30 PM #14mga dre, tanong lang. ano ba mas maganda yung cold patch o yung niluluto? last week dalawang beses ako nagpavulcanize on separate wheels. yung sa likod, cold patch and ginawa. tapos kahapon, nabutas naman ang isa ko pang gulong tapos sa ibang vulcanizing shop ako pumunta. niluto naman nila ang pagkavulcanize. ano ba mas maganda or should i say mas tama.
Aside from yung hindi tinatanggal sa mags yung gulong at tinutusukan lang ng pang-repair

saksak bunot-cold patch- no hot patch for me, expect if the first two options is not available. IMO hot patches deforms the steel belts of your tires.

July 24th, 2006 09:01 PM #16naisip ko din yun.... kaso wala available dito malapit sa amin. nadaan ko kasi sa baha tapos paguwi ko, may nakatusok na isang concrete nail na may plastic pati isang screw na pang-bakal....

July 25th, 2006 12:16 PM #18nabasa ko na itong thread na ito before making a new thread. made a new thread because im not entirely sure what "tusok" means. and alam ko lang is either hot patch or cold patch... so decided to make a new one... title kasi ng previous thread was tusok or cold patch.

July 25th, 2006 08:55 PM #19cold patch all the way. if you have a SUV or have them 4WD tires its ok to use the tusok system. i mean the tires are strong enough to the seal that goes with the tusok system. if u only have 4 ply or six ply tires i dnt think its a good idea to use the tusok system, as for the hot patch system, never use it. unless ur tires are really old. and you want to replace them in less than 3 months.i wasted 4 tires a while back because i didnt know about the cold patch system.if you have seen what the hot patch does to the rubber tubes in non tubeless tires then expect to see your tires deformed too.

damn...hot patch ang ginawa sa bago kong gulong...yun kasi ang malapit na vulcanizing shop sa amin...
