Pag sumabog ito ng masyadong maaga, baka lalong magmatigas yung Saudi authorities, mapahuli pa yung iba.

having been an OFW myself, situations like this simply proves how phil embassies abroad are inutile. they simply do nothing except media mileage at home. we cant really rely on our kabayans who are supposively working for us. yup, i agree its only VP de castro can help enrico. for the meantime, hope tsikoteers in the area can reach out for them. kaya nila yan, pinoy pa?

January 1st, 2008 02:02 AM #68Per a text message I received at 10:19pm 12/31/07 from Elaine, ehnriko's wife, the team is now out of jail and back at the workshop. But everyone is sick. They are hoping that we can help them raise funds for both medicine and food as their employer has no money to give them.
While it is a welcome development, I hope tsikoteers and other concerned parties will continue to monitor the situation and help them until they are safely back home.
Keep safe, everyone, and hope the new year will bring better tidings.
