    im not into oil..but i've got tons of pinoy friends who r into it. they said that the worst country that they've been is thge middleeast....mid-desert location.....
    the best place they said is here in china... in shekou, a small district southeast of shezhen near the nansahn gulf..its like hell and paradise comparison.

    Hey guys, i'm working offshore too here in UAE....anybody here working in Qatar?...I got an offer in a new company; Dolphin Energy a JV company w/ Total, Occidental Petroleum at UAE gov't...maganda ang package, 28x28 rotation din at ang maganda ay new company ito. hopefully sa July ako ako magjo-join.

    good for you,co'z anew company base on "RAS-LAFFAN" where iam right now working for the last 10 yrs.almost matatapos na ang project niyan dito sa loob nang ras-laffan indutrial city.on-shore ako at sa "QATAR PETROLEUM" ako nag tra-trabaho...
    i hope i see you around here in qatar and maybe you will see the coming 15th "ASIAN GAMES" in december'06...

    ganda ng dolphin mas malaki bigay nila compare sa mga ibang offshore company sa Qatar bagong company kasi at nang aakit ng mga experienced offshore personnel. Goodluck member ka na ng Tsikot Qatar Chapter hehehe

    Boeing mas malaki lagi ang Prodution kesa sa Maintenance pagdating sa Gas and Oil industry.

    madali ba hiring para sa Production dept.kung wala pa experience sa oil field industry. or madami pa vacant na pwede applyan ?kasi sabi po ninyo bihira ang pinoy doon (Prod.Dept.)mostly ay nasa Maintenance dept.

    may alam ka ba na nag coconduct ng mga training or seminar dito sa pinas.or para makakuha ng me certifications para sa off shore..
