Nissan ELGRAND who has one?

Hi guys,
I am new to this site, So bear with me. I have a 1997 elgrand homy e50 here in uk, What i want to know is when you convert to LHD do you change headlights as well. I am moving to spain and love the van so much i am taking it with me,As spain is drive on right, I dont need to convert anything but the headlights,AS it does not matter about steering,So are the headlights only for elgrand or do they share other models like some of the running gear,I would really value your help on this, By the way great site very interesting,

Elgrand lights are only for the Elgrand, 1997 to 1998 share the same lights and 1999 and up have a different head light. They are adjustable enough they work on both LHD and RHD.

Hi Dvldoc,

I need your help... the curly pig tail icon (orange color) lights up while i'm driving. what does it mean? i didn't feel anything wrong with the elgrand zd30. just worried why the icon in my panel lights up. not very bright though. is that a bad warning?

I do believe your talking about the glow plug light, If that's the case it could be the glow plug relay going bad.

Thanks for that answer, One more question, Where can i buy wood facia trim ?
Also how can i get grill off with out taking off headlight cluster?

As far as the wood goes I am not sure where you would find it there.

But for the getting the front grill off it's pretty easy, There is a few screws on the top that a clear. Then a set of clips you simply just use a flat head screwdriver and turn them counter clockwise or clockwise to release the grill. And it should just pull right off in one piece.

Good day El Grand owners,
We are having trouble with our nissan elgrand. May problema ng konti sa steering, kasi everytime na kumakabig sa kaliwa or kanan ng todo may tumutunog, sabi ng father ko parang may problema yata sa bushing nung steering. May alam po ba kayo na makukuhanan ng pamalit dun sa bushing? like other nissan vehicles baka may kapareha sya..

Medyo may problema din yung ElGrand namin sa coil spring kasi sumasayad yung gulong sa may tapaludo ng sasakyan, lalo na kapag at speed sya pababa ng baguio, biglang sasayad yung goma..

by the way, we have the 3.0 neo di engine, ZD30.

Never been try yet doc, cause I'm out of the country right now, the car is sitting in the garage. I will try for sure and observe the difference.
