December 5th, 2015 10:20 AM #21i wash the car then still wet i apply paint thinner (not Laquer thinner) to the asphalt then shampoo, rinse, dry and wax its done.

paint thinner route is too drastic....
you may use kerosene or a commercial bug and tar remover.
