The other incident showed a montero ending up in a mound of sand suspending the wheels. Its the perfect situation to video the engine revving wildly without any driver. But that didnt happen and the complainant didnt mention how the engine was stopped

Because if it is purely human error as what Mitsubishi claims (and even Top Gear supports), why does it happens mostly on MS only? Are MS drivers dumb compared to drivers of others SUVs?

If this is true, then it changes the game completely.
MMPC would have to contend with multiple lawsuits on why they knowingly sold a defective motor vehicle and such defect is connected with driver and passenger safety. They may have to recall every single one they sold.
