September 6th, 2011 03:43 PM #861If your oil is synthetic, you have the option of not changing the oil at the 1KM PMS check up. Just top it. That's what I did for my 1 KM pms. Never had any problem and I saved a lot of money in my first 1km PMS. The synthetic oil is good for at least 10 KM...you are just throwing away good oil and good money, if you change the oil ASAP.

September 8th, 2011 12:07 PM #866Good day fellow monty riders... I just want to know if you have any experience of driving in a wet pavement and the water splashes into your windshield, that makes the road almost invisible specially if the water is murky?
This happened to me twice already in highway driving in a straight road and luckily there was no incoming vehicle towards me. The splash blinded me for a moment and i find it really quite dangerous.
Do you think it is a design flaw? I haven't change anything means all are still stock... Is this a concern that should be addressed by mitsubishi?

Common occurence for our MS. Had already informed MMPC on this and they are trying to look into this (although, it is already some months back now). See below response from them:
Water splashing into the Windshield when passing thru a spot of pool water.
The phenomenon of water splashing to the windshield is a common occurrence when driving thru a pool of water at high speed not only with your unit but with other vehicles as well. Nevertheless, we will take note of your comment and study whether there is something in its design that may aggravate such experience.
