Manual FC compu - 40.3KM run / 2.707L consumed = 14.89KM/L. Highway and city driving combination, with heavy traffic on about 15km bumper to bumper. GLS M/T. kakalabas lang sa casa kahapon. Yung pong 40km distance ay may mga stops sa mall at other stores.

Will post again on my next full tank, yung long run naman mga 100km+ run.

Went to Jabez Motors here in Dasma, Cavite few weeks back (I didn't manage to beat the deadline for a 40k promo), the car looks great esp the features it offer for this car segment;

The computation as follows;

20% DP = 117,600
Amt for Finance = P 470,400

Insurance = P 23,441
LTO Reg = 8,336
Chattel Mort = 24,619

Less: Discount = P20,000

boss sobrang taas naman nyan... Aking nga 140k dp included na lahat and 10k 60months to pay or 5 years sa GLS MT. mataas na nga rin ung sa akin eh. may iba pang mababa...

In-house po nila yan but financed by PSBank/BPI... naguluhan nga rin ako when I asked the BPI Credit Officer kung how much is the interest, she replied to me saying "naku ser, rate po ng car dealer nyo yan sa computation.."

It appears, nasa 18.5% sya.

3 years= 30.806% interest
4 years= 40.346%
5 years= 52.219% interest.

Based from your monthly amortization..

10% per annum nga sa CASA..

Sa mga nakakuha na ng unit, nagamit nyo ba yung 15k additional discount sa lto or insurance? O purely for accessories only?

hmmm sorry, I used excel car loan calculator, kaya I come up with 18% interest (baka per annum ito)... it could be wrong, just disregard it.

Sir Roel, second time ko na napansin sa forum kaya i-correct ko na lang to avoid further confusion. Pansin ko kasi, dinidivide nyo lang yung total interest by the number of years. I don't think that's the right way of computing the interest per annum. Anyway, we can ignore yung interest per annum computation, ang important i-note is yung total interest for the whole loan term.
