What if yung nagtagal talaga? Wala kaya?

ha really?!?! I thought almost all NON-BPO companies offer great benefits. Bakit sa BSP ganda ng car, housing and retirement benefits nila?
AFAIK maraming BPO ang walang retirement pay. Kung meron man sobrang liit. That's one major reason why people I know do not want to switch to the BPO industry.

It depends on your position and what company of course. Siguro for multinationals mas mataas level ng benefits. But most local companies pareho lang sa BPO, yung iba nga wala pang HMO.

BSP ba kamo? Hehe kiddin aside.
If wala badtrip nga yan! Usually 10 years in terms of tenure usually may makukuha ka na diba?

BSP is a GFI. GOCCs and GFIs are revenue generating units of government and as such are not national budget-dependent. This explains the better benefits and perks they can provide employees compared to your usual government agency i.e. NGAs, which are budget-dependent.

short answer bro wala. marami narin tenured dito (5 years or more) na umalis.

Some BPOs offer early retirement benefits like CVG, Sitel at anu pa nga yung sinabi nila dati *ninjababez?
Ang forced retirement(like when you reach 60 or 65 or 70?)depende sa company, you'll be given somewhat a retirement pay kasi that is involuntary separation from the company.
You also do get more benefits when you move up, I heard in CVG they have a car loan and car subsidy when you get to a senior management level. Maganda pa if you are working for an ROHQ Multinational BPO, kasi you only get 17% maximum tax.
