I am used to having my food weighed by the gram, raw. I've been following the main meals of the Cohen diet for years na din since I have friends that enrolled in the program so I was given a copy. Why pay pa
I don't believe naman the BS of Cohen that the meal plan is according to blood type. I am thinking lang if I should follow it to the letter na, It's kinda hard kasi you can only eat your main meals after a minimum of 5 hrs and snacks are kadiri tasting crackers. It's basically a very low carb diet lang, almost the same allowed foods as Atkins. Karamihan kilala ko gained some weight again after finishing the program, may isa bumalik sa dati

Before muntik pa mag-offer yung mga super boss dito sa company ng cohen diet plan (salary deduction and payable for 2 years) sa mga managers and supervisors since nakita nila yung effect. You're right, after the program most of them bumalik din sa dati. And during their `peak' weight, yung iba nagkakasakit na.
Ayaw mo Ms. Cath mag work out?

I think inoffer din yan sa company where my friend works for
Magkakasakit ka talaga kasi parang starvation and Cohen does not recommend exercise while on the program kasi very low carb. Yung isang friend ko naging mainitin ang ulo while on Cohen, nawalan din daw siya ng social life. I actually tried to follow it to the letter for about 2 days, sakit ng ulo ko grabe! Kaya I modified it na lang. I used to work out din regularly but I work long hours in the office, di na talaga kaya. Goal ko is more on healthy lifestyle, enhanced mood, bonus na lang weight loss. Mukha fresh tignan
Wow 22 lbs in 3 months, congrats

Hindi na pala humabol yung edit ko. Hehe
Although i'm not that fat naman, nasa overweight side lang before.
Baka naman magkakilala kami niyang friend mosince hectic ang sched mo, why not try working out before going to work?
Some of them naman, lalong nagmukhang tumanda since ayaw nila ng water since nakakadagdag daw ng weight yun kaya ayun nagmukhang tuyo ang itsura.

It's near Mirador right? I've been to the Dominican hill ruins a couple of times. Scary to be there late in the afternoon then the fog comes in.
Hahaha... disillusioned ba?
Yep, you have to show them that there are "limits". I was talking with a girl buddy based in the US and she said na dami rin daw mga may psych problems over there and she was surprised na it also happens here. I guess mas malakas lang ang family support systems over here.

Creepy alright, lalo na on moonless nights. Actually the back of our house is the diplomat hotel grounds na.
No ghosts going "ober-da-bakod" as of late.

^ Tahimik sa bahay niyo then.... :D
Sa may Brent school kami now. For the longest time also, we've used the various staff houses of companies my lolo was connected with before. Minsan i stayed at the house along Paterno (belonging to one of those old rich families)... i swear i have no but third eye but that house really made my hair stand. If i could, i would have slept in my car at the car port.Last edited by vinj; January 2nd, 2014 at 06:19 PM.
