Noong 1 day nagerupt (Jan 12), maraming parts ng Laguna walang tubig at kuryente for the next 1 week (jan 12 to Jan 17).
Eh pano pa kung tuloy-tuloy yung eruption every week?
Sampol lang ....
Jan 19, let's say mag erupt ulit taal for a few hours, eh di putol na naman kuryente tubig.
Tapos Jan 26 mag erupt ulit for another few hours.
Week of Jan 26 - Jan 31 wala na naman kuryente tubig niyan.
Eh di parang 3 linggo walang kuryente tubig, pero 3x lang nag erupt yung bulkan.
For the next 7 months, everytime mag erupt yung taal, kahit few times lang, yung supply ng kuryente tubig magiging sobra erratic.
Life goes on ... albeit abnormally.

I'll just leave this here ...
"Ash fallout to the ground can pose significant disruption and damage to buildings, transportation, water and wastewater, power supply, communications equipment, agriculture, and primary production leading to potentially substantial societal impacts and costs, even at thicknesses of only a few millimeters or inches," the USGS explains on its volcano hazards website.
"Additionally, fine-grained ash, when ingested can cause health impacts to humans and animals. "

US pa rin pala tayo humingi ng tulong-expertise.
Where is China?
Pang oil exploration lang ba sila?
Kung saan may kaching-kaching?
US experts fly in to assist Phivolcs
Meanwhile, Solidum said they are borrowing an infrared camera from the USGS so they can do quick and no-contact measurement of temperatures in the volcano.
“We asked if they can lend us an infrared camera last Sunday when Taal was erupting,” he said.

January 18th, 2020 11:37 PM #539the language barrier is one "reason" why there are so very many chinese natives in the country now, manning positions that cater to chinese-speaking costumers. daw.
have they ever shared their oil exploration findings to us?
as someone "supposed-to-be in the know" explained to me, "why do you think they want to sea-grab our seas?"
