KUDOs to pareng Hens,

he directed me to arranque/binondo area to buy my construction/hardware materials requirement

He is right its way cheaper compare to all Depot/store ive checked with and much better quality and design.

And sarap pa ng mga tsibog sa me restaurant around the area.

Hi, here are the pics of construction that van_wilder was sending to me every weekend while I am working here. So, I don't have any worries kahit malayo ako, I kept working here in abroad and van_wilder kept on constructing my dream house. To those who are interested, try to meet van_wilder and his mom. They are very accomodating & helpful!

yup... just in case magkaproblem... not naman bad quality... di kami papayag na bad quality yun pagkagawa... just in case may defective kahit third-party na kami bahala... basta sa amin yun supplier guranteed namin...

im not familiar with this before... but now im acquainted with it na, we use it sa mga buildings since pareparehas... okay siya for buildings masmura, but not neccessarily sa bahay... ganito ginamit namin dun sa ginagawa namin na buildings ngayon...
