yun sa vazbuilt okay yan mababa and okay ang pre-fab... we also do that for low-cost housing community projects namin...

floor area ang computation ng per square meter na presyo hindi lot area...

    so bale 1st floor + 2nd floor + attic...
what if kung yong owner ang mag-supply ng materials, all the rest sa inyo(contractor), gaano ibababa from 15-20K?(if you accept this type of setup)

pwede yan tayuan, the only problem is parking. Hindi siya maging sale-able as townhouse kung walang parking. if you want pwede namin diskartehan yan. just email us directly at info*mypacificsummit.com or info*webuildpacific.com

Is this legal? So most developers do not grant perpetual ownership? Paano if you buy a relatively say, 10 year old unit, will you have 40 years left to enjoy it or will you start with a fresh 50?
Some clarifications would be appreciated as Im sure majority of people who own condos are not aware of this huge catch.
not really actually most developers grant perpetual ownership. less than half yun hindi perpetual. kaya lagi ingat sa pagbabasa ng contract

For all of you who are interested in having their house built, I suggest hire an Architect to do the design for you, after the design is completed (plans and specifications), send it out for biding to 3 to 4 contractors/builders. Then based on the bids make a wise decision to whom to award.

Things to look for in choosing the contractor in order of priority:
Integrity (di manloloko), experience (has done similar projects- remember no contractor will say na di nila kaya ang work), financial health (ask for a performance bond kung malaki ang project)and lastly cost.

Kung papa-bid na kayo, SALI AKO SA BIDDING HA!

This way magkakaroon ng check and balance- the architect will see that the specifications and designs are being followed when it comes to the quality of materials to be used and quality when it comes to the workmanship.

    Two options:

Cost-Plus: The owner pays for the materials and labor, the Construction Management Team gets a certain percentage of the sum (5-10%).

Labor-only: Cost would vary from 7,500-10,000 per sqm, depending on the finishes.

We do accept this type of setup also,
