first time to roast a chicken, marinated it with flavorings for 6 hours and cooked it for 5 hours. naubusan ng LPG, natanggal yung foil, namamatay yung apoy, dami kong paso. but all in all, it was a success, masarap yung roast chicken, parang yung nabibili sa labas.

which made me think, it took 11 hours to prepare and cook. plus all the hassle and electricity bill and LPG. bat di na lang ako bumili sa labas ng luto na?

actually the only reason I tried roasting is just because my wife bought a new oven range.
