good for you at you have a great boss.

the last german i worked with was terrible. trying hard to get into the IT industry by building a linkedin type site pero he was running the company like the staff of a hotel. that doesn't work very well with IT people. i mean it works well for the hotel industry i suppose, pero hindi nya ma-translate ng maayos yung experience nya to a different industry. in the end each one of his handful of staff resigned 0_o

Yes it's one of the things that I am very thankful for. I was nervous when I first found out that my boss is German, they are stereotyped as cold, strict and rigid but he turned out to be the complete opposite. His communication style is high context, very Filipino.

He gives me flexibility on how I perform my job, what's important to him is the output. What I like so much about him is his leadership accountability, he is never the type to point a finger when his staff messes up. He takes responsibility for it, often absorbing the impact. Because of that, who would want to mess up ba? He has my absolute respect.

Maybe he is a rareity, I've heard about other Germans that are so detailed, they would complain about non uniform fonts and cell colors. They are that OC.

    Oh wow,>>> now I realize...... ...

I was out of the loop last night....

    Oh well....

BTT: Happy? Stressed out and very very tired.... But then, little steps, little progress, a smile and a touch... much to be thankful for!

Oo nga bro.,- and sadly, I found myself at the receiving end.... Whew!

Hope that life is treating you well, bro.... I have been shoved and stressed out these past few days.... Someone up there and family are helping me cope up, as always....
