    Kapag gumaling at nawala pain, use knee braces na for any physical activity outside of walking/brisk walking.

    Swimming sana irecommend ko na workout para walang chance ng injury na basta huwag hahataw at proper stretching muna.

    Oo pwede na. Pero tanggalin din kapag nasa bahay na lang. Sa work pwede naman para nga lang may pang-alalay if hindi na pa-ooperahan.

    Try to get some physical therapy for your knee. it would help strengthen the core and accessory muscles surrounding your knee to prevent any pain or problems to occur. You can also wear the suggested knee braces to help with support on the knee.

    I am reading up on Platelet Rich Plasma treatment. Looks promising too. Better than surgery. Ginagamit ni Nadal.

    I had ACL reconstruction on my left knee already. It’s no joke & that was before. I want to try this option first. You know naman nowadays, pandemic woes.
