    Definitely mag charge yan kase naka program yun to do so. What you can do is request for reversion kase kasalanan ng system nila na nag offline.

    I can't because my payroll is BPI and it's very convenient for me

    Correct, another reason is, all the other banks are the same anyway, it only matters if you are a HNC as Cathy says.
