    Hinuhulaan ko na yung gagawing katarantaduhan. Tapos pag nakakabanas talaga, pinapalakpakan ko na lang hanggang makalayo.

    Dati ko nang pinag isipan yan. Did people suddenly realize that "Uy umuulan drive ko na sasakyan ko". Maybe some people taking advantage of a free car wash in the rain? Probably most drivers just drive more carefully /slower in the rain.

    I'm guilty I drive slower when it rains specially if there is puddle of water on the road kaso there is no effect parin madudumihan padin yung car.
    Base on my experience less travel time for us during dow pours

    ^^^ As long as I can establish traction on my tires, I keep my pace on the road even when raining. The only time I slow down if the cars in front are slow and I have no way passing them.
