Ano gusto nila buyera mga vloggers lang na maglalabas ng bundles of cash tapos pa pakita yun papel ng Western unions para maging sure buyer? Pero hinde in person gagawin ha. Panooring na lang nila sa Youtube and don't forget to subscribe. [emoji12]

you can base it on metrics/analytics -- number of subscribers, number of views, etc

Have you tried buying property of your own? Tama sabi ni Shadow you will always look at stuff above your price range because it gives you a better picture of what "best case" looks like then from there you scale back if you think hindi naman worth it yung ganun kamahal.
Halos linggo linggo akong ginugulo ng mga ahente ng ALP kelan daw ako pwede magtripping sa mga new project nila. Literally naginquire lang ako once sa mall tapos kung kani-kaninong ahente na napunta number ko.
Wala naman akong balak bumili ng ALP pero they will latch on any lead they can lalo na mahina real estate market ngayon.
Like I said - matalino ka naman diba. Alam mo na kahit sino pwede magtripping sa Westgrove (which isn't super expensice right now, parang midrange area lang sa central metro manila) and hindi ibig sabihin na tumingin ay bumili.
