Ano gusto nila buyera mga vloggers lang na maglalabas ng bundles of cash tapos pa pakita yun papel ng Western unions para maging sure buyer? [emoji12]

Hindi naman public place ang westgrove like a mall or church and it's also not in the city centre so hindi naman siya easily recognizable. I wasn't able to tell until he showed the ducks and the gazebo. Village nga namin kung saan ako nakatira hindi ko pa ma recognize agad sa video kasi iba talaga pag on camera

Basta yung mga kilala ko na REB hindi sila yung stereotype na makulit at naghahabol ng buyer

RE: vlogging is the new MLM

i guess the similarity there is both give hope to ordinary people that they can get out of poverty / earn decent money

but one is more a scam than the other

    Youtube isn't scamming anyone naman

depende na sa appeal ng videos mo kung aabot ka sa point where you can monetize

    --

yes a lot of vloggers don't get enough subscribers and views to monetize

Wala naman akong balak bumili ng ALP pero they will latch on any lead they can lalo na mahina real estate market ngayon.

Like I said - matalino ka naman diba. Alam mo na kahit sino pwede magtripping sa Westgrove (which isn't super expensice right now, parang midrange area lang sa central metro manila) and hindi ibig sabihin na tumingin ay bumili.

Last time my family looked at properties was in the mid 2000s pa, ngayon puro benta gingawa namin Ewan ko lang, 2 of my closest friends and kuya are REBs and they sell high end properties, hindi naman sila naghahabol ng buyers.

But still, sobrang waste of time tumingin sa isang property na wala sa range mo. If I asked a broker selling a 9 digit worth property in the city, I don't think papansinin ako

you don't have to believe what they say naman

you can base it on metrics/analytics -- number of subscribers, number of views, etc

di ko alam mga details pero ung mga nakakaalam they can estimate magkano kinikita
Meron nga. 1M views = $2,000-5,000 pag mga ~10 min ang video. Tapos sama mo mga endorsement.

This Is How Much YouTube Paid Me for My 1,, Viewed Video | by Shelby Church | OneZero

So kung RanzNiana levels ka na every week may 1 video ka na 1M views, then meron ka mga ~1M per month. Pero again RanzNiana na yan, the most-subscribed vlog in the PH.

Paulit ulit ko nang pinost yang number na yan pero si Cathy push pa rin ng push na much higher daw kasi bongga daw life nila sa video. No data to show that it's true other than what they flex in their videos which may or may not be real.

Westgrove isnt 9 digit. I just sold my 2 adjacent lots there to 2 young brothers (Jut's age) who wanted to build side by side. Maybe 23k per sqm there.

Super nice village but its too far for me.

Alabang, Makati, greenhills, QC (whiteplains to ayala heights), corinthian , valle, greenmeadows corridor....iyan ang mamahalin.

But with work from home being the new norm...people are looking for open spaces again and westgrove , nuvali, etc fit the bill.

If 23k per square kung ganyan lang pala price then super many 20-somethings can afford that promise. And they don't have to bare their soul and innards on video to do that. [emoji28]

Yes I know it isn't 9 digit. I meant another property that's nice digits (kaya I edited to city). I only know the price in 2015 was P17k per square, ngayon di ko na alam ( so now it's P23k na pala). Back in 2002 it was only 8k per square!

I was pointing out lang kasi sabi nila kahit sino entertain ng broker, so I illustrated na if I asked a broker that I am interested in a 9 digit property I don't think papansinin ako :P

Super ganda talaga diyan. Fresh air. No billboards. No over head wires.....trees all around, wide roads, fantastic amenities, rolling slopes and close to tagaytay and the southern beaches and golf courses.

Kinda regret selling after typing this hahaha.

BUT! Its still too far for me.

Akala ko Southvale (near Daang Hari), Westgrove (Tagaytay) pala. Dyan sa Southvale ganda rin location. Too bad the Southlinks golf course is closed already.

BF Homes Paranaque now is at 25k per square meter. Tahanan Village and Alabang Hills are much higher.
