SLEX, ETON exit, nuvali, saka silang road..

    Eto yung pinaka-least way,

unlike sa aguinaldo highway, nearest distance, pero lintik ang traffic, pag dating pa lang sa bacoor, imus, malagasang, dasmarinas..

Traffic na ang ruta na ito. Best to just take the Star Toll to Tanauan Exit and take the Talisay Road up to Tagaytay.

yes i know panungyan route....those are backroads that connect mendez, alfonzo and indang, youll get lost if you dont know the place, always remember, pag nawala signal ng waze, just use the elevation as a compass, if youre in mendez and your going downhill, youre either going to alfonso or indang, pag uphill, big chance youll headed to tagaytay...

This route is 23 kms more than the tagaytay-silang road reckoning from slex exit to junction at tagaytay econo inn, where traffic is heaviest. The road from Tanauan exit to Talisay till the foot of ligaya drive is 15 kms already of similar traffic to that of tagaytay silang road, not to mention the uphill drive at ligaya. Pagdating mo sa taas, sapul ka rin ng traffic from the same junction.

this is from someone from that neck of the woods...on weekdays, fastest and shortest way going up coming frn slex, nuvali-canlubang golf, palace in the sky, 2nd, tie ang tagaytay sta rosa road and carmona-gov drive( u have 3 options, left on maguyam-greenwoods or to aguinaldo hiway..3rd is talisay...long way, pero lang traffic.....sa weekends, lahat sila traffic, faster always for me is slex, mcx, salitran, carlos trinidad, dlsu, aguinaldo hiway....this is the best before robinsons and sm dasma opens.

Boss, when was the last time you took the canlubang golf-marcos mansion-palace in the sky route? if you’re coming from solenad-nuvali area, kelangan ba talaga magiwan ng DL dun sa guardhouse right before the rotunda (going to canlubang golf, mirriam college, etc.)? I asked the guards kelangan daw if you don’t have the Ayala vehicle sticker. And i think they don’t honor the Greenfields vehicle sticker.

    OT:
If i have the time, on a weekend, either marcos mansion (popularly known as “kambal-ahon” or “red palm” among bikers) or cardiac hill ang route ko but on mtb. Target ko sana yung cardiac hill going up then palace in the sky-marcos mansion going down, or vice versa but i’m not that strong rider, hehe! Usually, climb until kambal-ahon lang then after the “lugawan” balik/baba na ulit, then ikot sa mirriam college. Or akyat sa cardiac hill, then kaliwa going to barangay munting-ilog all the way to sta rosa-tagaytay road (S&R).

If you have the greenfields + another 1 (forgot the name) vehicle stickers, i think the fastest route on a weekend is via cardiac hill. That is slex-mamplasan exit- greenfield parkway - nuvali road - laguna blvd - south blvd (barangay inchikan - south forbes) - cardiac all the way up to tagaytay. Sobrang konti pa lang dumadaan dito.

3 weeks ago, most of the time hindi naninita yung guard pag suv ang dala, may access din kasi yung mga taga barangay casile (brgy after marcos mansion) kaya no biggie,

sa cardiac naman matagal if route up to aling pinas place....faster if you turn right when you near tibig elementary or dun sa iba elementary school, if you turn right sa mga schools na yun...tumbok mo is silang town proper..from there aguinaldo hi way na...i used to bike also there...nung di pa sementado ang cardiac....haha
