It's supposed to gauge the flood level on areas. Pero nalilito pa ko e.

Pag hinde na makita then it means kung jetski gamit mo huwag ka na dumaan

bawat poste ng meralco ang dapat pinturahan, mukhang nakalusong ka na sa baha bago mo makikita na meron palang isang poste na meron indicator sa lalim ng baha.
