that happened to me too...
ang nangyari.. nag ka break gap ang moulding sa pinto.. naputol then bumaluktot ang rubber.. ayun pasok ang tubig
but they replaced it naman...
unfortunately wala sila binigay na payong... siguro sama ko na rin sa kanya ang complaint na wala sila bigay payong..
anyways hope you let your friends know about this thread para we can move forward.
thanks

December 13th, 2006 12:17 PM #83No problem sir I will inform him, advice ko lang sir whatever package they offer to you, i have no idea, pero kung palit injector lang with free of charge i think its not the best offer, pano kung bumigay ulit at kasama mo pamilya mo in the middle of the night sa alanganing lugar?kaya ba nila sagutan yung safety ng family mo? would suggest na huwag mo na lang siguro gamitin yan if ever long driving ka with your family. nakakatrauma yung nangyari sa yo and if it happen to me I will do the same as what you did. My wife used to go to DTI if ever may panloloko syang naranasan sa mga binibiling gamit especially if it fools the public thru its bull%*%* ads. madami na kaming inilapit sa DTI and so far di pa kami nabigo. The worst was a gas station in pulang lupa, madaya yung metro so i bought one time using clear container at nakita ko in 1 liter 3/4 lang ang diesel gas ang lumabas. so I immediately report it to consumers net. then after a week the station was closed and they post "under renovation" he he he...sa mga manloloko dapat lang nila pagbayaran.

December 17th, 2006 10:15 AM #86my definition of reliability which our cars are supposed to provide.
Safety and reliability to an ordinary car owner is having your family travel home safe after a dinner or a movie. Moving along two different destinations with predictability and having your children sleep in the car while traveling long distances. This is what reliable cars are supposed to do. Guarantee safety, predictability and reliability.
