zxiv1001 - Welcome po to the forum!
I've seen roll-bars like those in the pic made out of B.I Pipe. According to the fabricator, he used B.I. pipe because it weighs less than your regular steel pipes. The only downside that I see with these types..
is that the backbone or bridge goes down directly to the center of the pick-up bed making it difficult to fit in wide cargo. But then again, if it is aesthetics you're after, it looks macho indeed.

sa mga naka-HID sa inyo mga fellow DMAXer's, what would you suggest, 6000k or 8000k HID? maganda sana ang 8000k kaso baka bulag naman ako if umuulan sa gabi. if 6000k naman, hindi gaanong maporma because plain white lang ang kulay ng ilaw..

August 31st, 2007 03:46 PM #2794Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I've seen some pero sa pics lang, yung pinaka-diameter lang ng tube on both sides ang halos dagdag na pasikip sa sa bed.
Also, these are *real* rollbar designs. And rollbars are meant to be sutrdy and solidly mounted (sa chasis) when time comes to serve its purpose. Unlike yung sa Carryboy and most rollbars na nakikita ko, talagang cosmetic lang (ie: rollbars that are molded/coated with plastic at may break light? I don't get it).
Pag ang gamit mo ay sandigan ng heavy and lengthy cargo, say lumber/iron bars, these plastic coats will surely crack!
Anyways, as suggested nung isa sa list, sa cavite siguro baka makakita ng fabricator. Thanks!
Regards,
Vic

walang available for dmax eh. panay for fortuner and alterra ang meron. mahal kasi if bnew pa bibilhin ko. i-momodify ko naman so kahit 2nd hand will do. less than half the size of the grill lang naman ung kukunin ko kasi maliit lang naman ung space sa may lower part of the bumper..
baka meron sa inyong gustong makihati ng billet grill for the lower part of the bumper? bili na lang tayo ng bago..

1) i second this. in keeping with the transformer theme, tayo mga "pretenders". i want the projector headlights and the instrument panel.
2) had a pleasant suprise yesterday, trying for the longest time in locating a store that sells Vic air filter for dmax-1st gen. oil filter widely available but yun air filter wala ako makita.
on the way to NE was planning to buy an orig air filter at BMD plaridel but i chanced upon CMiss. i been there before and bought a couple of small items. but now they have a big lighted signage annoucing Vic authorized dealer. at dun meron nga sila vic dmax air filter, php525.
3) meron bang rainy day parts sale mga casa ngyon? could be a good time to buy dmax parts.
