Good observation on the Pajero. My ride before the Dmax was a 4M40 3door and the acceleration sucks so goes for the top end speed; even with a good tailwind it would be like a miracle if it could hit 120. But then the Pajero is meant for climbing, so with its inherent extra torque mountains are a cinch
.
Srbogoy's Tunit upgrade will do wonders to a Dmax on stock tires. Talagang mabigat ang 20's so it needs more help to spin em.Last edited by Memphis Raines; September 18th, 2007 at 02:12 PM.

silver dont think na you can put one in your strada, walang ECU or mechanical injection pa ang strada mo. The upgrade is applicable yata sa mga ECU equipped vehicles lang. basing from the set-up of srbogoy, mas malaki ang tires nya that is why his speed is not that high but if i measure mo yan mas mataas yan.
PM me your number so I can send you pic of teh sway bar.

sr bogoy, ur speedometer looks slow but actually u cant depend on that already for accuracy because the rim and tire is different na eventhough u hav the same diameter sa stock, it is still afecting ur speed.. maybe a 3+% more kung ano ang speed mo, ex: 100kms/hr sa speedometer, add another 3% to that and thats ur average speed...kung sa chip naman, i dont kjnow the effect of it sa long run.. but be careful lang sa EFI mo, thats the possible part na maworn out or ma affected first... not unles you have your EFI clibrated/modified to match the speed or output ng chip...

Tunit II - £459 inc VAT and delivery (£375 net)
The Tunit II is extremely flexible, it will fit almost any vehicle prior to common rail engines and although it does not come with matching manufacturers plugs its great strength is that it can be used on almost any Tdi or non Tdi engine other than the latest common rail type engines.
This Tunit is also easily adjustable giving greater flexibility when it comes to customizing it to most engines and applications. As well as all this, the Tunit is an incredible 48x35 mm in size and as light as a pebble.
Fitting is by the attachment of four (in some cases six) wires. These can be done via the spade clips provided or by soldering. Adjustment is via a small screw on the body right for more power, left for less.

September 18th, 2007 04:08 PM #2900ARB,tmaxx thanks for the info pero meron tlagang power chip for L200, kahit yong bago model pa na strada. tinawag ko na yan nong isang araw ang sabi sa akin ng dealer dito i check ko lang daw kung may wire ba sa accelerator that goes to the engine, kung meron daw di daw pwede maglagay ng chip dapat kasi wala, la nman daw nong pinatignan ko sa utol ko, yong mga early L200's di daw pwede yon, and about sa ecu, pina check ko rin sa utol ko kung meron ba sa may footwell ng front passenger, ito kasi sabi ng ralliart para doon i connect yong wires ng chip. meron naman daw sabi utol ko hindi nga lang ECU ang nakalagay kundi parang mitsubishi electronic unit.. and another thing is iba ang itsura ng power chip na yan, exclusive for isuzu lang cguro yan.? sa L200 is 2 klase merong maliit at yong ralliart na malaki with adjustments and exclusive for L200 lang, i think same effect with the dmax. ok na naman sana kahit di lagyan ng power chip yong pick up namin, kaya lang ang pangit kasi pag mahina ang takbo pag di pa gagana ang turbo parang hirap lalo na pag puno ng karga, so mapipilitan kang i rev siya up to 2500, pero pag naka turbo na ok naman mafifeel mo pa sipa niya, anyway hopefully the chip will help to reduce the turbo lag since grabe sa L200, dont know sa bago model.
