In addition to what I and xwind_mariner have posted, if may traces kang nakikitang unusual na dumi sa rims mo (either of both sa harap), likely nga may maganit kang calipers/worn out pads. Check mo agad at safety issues yang concern mo. Wag ipagpabukas.

I'm not sure lang for I do not have a Crosswind but I had recently replaced the front pads of my Trooper and price should not be too expensive. I only used replacement part pads (Bendix) and only cost me P980/set. The genuine part amount is around 4k/set.

The concervative side in me says stick with the OEM. At the most, palitan mo ng pang '05-newer na Crosswind rims mo (since yours is a '03, right). Yun na yung "upgrade" mo. OEM na dating, wala pang compromise sa ride and FC. To top it all, ang mahal na ng mga goma ngayon. The thinner and bigger the diameter, the more expensive it is!
Thank you sa #1 info na ito sir kkreuk18 and master benz, i will try to search for the tire size calculator, kaya ko lang naman naisip na palitan yung tire set ko, its because i found it far more cheaper here in KSA kahit isama pa yung shipping, the total price for a 17" with tires (4sets) only cost sa pera natin P 27,000 kasama na shipping. So i was wondering if i will upgrade my rims why not upgrade it to probably a better one which is siguro 17" or 18" kung ano ang mas mura kong makikita. then i'll just inquire to some pinoy tire experts here if it will have some trouble on the offset kung papalitan ko with a 17" or 18" rims. I will just post an update kung ano man ang kakahinatnan..salamat ulit sa lahat...

I recently bought Bendix brake pads for P800+ for my XUV (about a month ago). Ok tong bendix compared dun sa mga dati ko ginagamit n Rspecs na tig P500+.

But nalilinis at na cchechk kunaman yung mga filters at pump. (New lahat) ... (Possible for calibrate or clean nozzles & injection pump??)

i agree, possible injection nozzles clogged or injection pump calibration....yan din nararamdaman ko sa '09xuv a/t ko, bigla n lng bumababa yon rpm even from a long drive at mapalag yon engine....pero i can still reach 110kph at 3000rpm.

Yup, it still can reach even 120kph like mine however, the vibration is too much to bear specially after a long travel, a friend mechanic advised me to have my nozzles and fuel injection checked. And yes, the injection pump is the culprit, now my engine runs so smooth and as efficient as before.
