Yes I am sir,
I’m in a Seismic Survey, Offshore survey.

My company is CGG, and I’m a Shift Leader Seismic Navigator in R/S Pacific Titan. Our vessel is currently in Bass Straight, Aussie.

How bout you sir? I’ve read on the other thread that you are in KSA or UAE?

Question about the Auxiliary cable and IPOD connector inside the dashboard compartment, i tried to plug a IPOD VIDEO on that connector, it seems that its only for Audio, have you guys notice this?

Is there a way we can use an ipod Video on that ipod connector?

BTW, my ride is Alterra 2007.

or is there someone knows the diagram of Clarion head unit of Alterra 2007, if we can replace the IPOD connector with this:

OR we dont have to replace the built-in IPOD connector, there just some settings to tweak?

Im currently offshore, can anyone post the actual model number of Clarion Head unit of ISUZU Alterra 2007? I will try to research about the diagrams and configuration of that head unit, so we can check if it is possible to hook an ipod video and play videos on that ipod connector. Or if it is possible to replace that ipod connector with Apple Composite AV Cable.

Glad to know you signed up for our club. I've noticed most owners of Alterras are working abroad/overseas so I'm having a hard time setting up the EB. What we can do is setup mini EBs so that little by little the group would meet on certain dates when you guys are available. I will be able to meet with anyone who is interested to have an EB, usually on weekends, saturday mornings. I work in a callcenter so my shift ends around 7am, so if anybody wants to have a breakfast EB, I'm game for that M-F. My cp is 0917395-8888 and feel free to text or call if you're here in the Phils, ok? Again welcome to the club!

Archie_keenz? edsgail1230? Valerie? We are inviting you to come. It will not consume much of your time. I think our agenda in our first EB is just to know the soon to be members of the club, pictorials and come up with a membership card which can be used in discounts (say car parts, service centers etc...). what do you think guys? Is it good to have this? (I know its kind of difficult to have a discount card but will still try to do it just for the club.
