Asa likod mo lang kami, I can gather around 30++ signature of tucson club members if you what that to bring to HARI execs...isama mo na din THP at Tsikot...
just let us know how we can support you...see you at the eb.

hello guys!
update lang.
the CRM promised to call on the afternoon of January 26 to update me on the status of my registration. as usual, I didn't receive a single call from the CRM or the LTO assigned clerk. after I sent a text message to the Sales Manager, my SA, etc. complaining why I haven't received a call, the CRM finally sent me an update thru text message and not thru phone call as what he told me. guess what's in the text message? he said that he could not provide an update because the dealership's liaison officer is still in the field.
yesterday (January 27), we went to the LTO Office that registered my Tucson to personally inquire the status of my registration. while we were in the LTO, my SA called up telling me that the registration is now ok because the CRM "personally" talked to the LTO Office personnel regarding my registration. since we were already in the LTO Office, we decided to talk to the person in charge of the registration. according to the in charge, no one from the dealership went to the LTO office to talk to him personally regarding my registration. my registration issue was just brought up by the dealership's liaison officer when the in charge talked to him for some matters.
so this means that if the LTO in charge for registration didn't talk to the dealership's liaison officer to discuss some matters, my registration issue would've not been raised to the LTO Office for correction. they (from the dealership) are liars! grrr.
anyway, the LTO in charge for registration asked me 1 to 2 days to make the correction and upload the details of our tucson in their database. I will then receive a print out of the correction and details of my registration once finished.
i do hope this will be resolved by the end of the week.

wala pa lang kwentang kausap yung sa dealership na yan! kung hindi ka pa nagkaroon ng initiative na puntahan yung LTO eh walang mangyayari sa problem mo.

hello guys!
update lang.
since there's no action from the dealership, i again made the initiative to call the CRM and asked him the number of the LTO Officer who made the alteration on our OR/CR. i then called up the LTO Officer re the status of our registration. he told me that the request for uploading and changing of registration from 511 to 811 was already sent to the main office. according to him, it is now the discretion of the main office and that he could no longer do anything about it. we will just have to wait for... guess what? 2 to 3 months! you read that right. according to him, the reason for such long waiting period is that there are plenty of us with the same issue.
i'm really fed up with what's happening. it's physically, mentally and emotionally draining. i even came to a point of trading-in my tucson for another brand to end all of this. an SA of a competitor SUV is very eager to trade my tucson with their 2.4L 4x2 SUV. but i can't do that since i very much love my tucson. i will just be positive and think that all of this will eventually end and that there's always a solution for every problem encountered.
