Thanks i was able to remove it na. Madali lang pala but you need a ratchet.

to blank po, so far 3 days after blanking my egr, ramdam ko yon added power at parang tumipid sa konsumo sa diesel according sa akin fuel gauge at sa mileage (but has not yet measured the actual FC) kc kakaful tank ko lang.

Can you post a pic of where you blank the egr? Is it before the egr (exhaust gas inlet to egr) or after the egr (exhaust outlet from egr to air intake manifold)? Parang mas maganda pag before e.

I looked at the egr this morning and looking at the size of the piping it looks like a 1 PESO coin fits to plug the hole nicely.

Bro.,- I think it depends on where the sensor for the EGR is positioned. If it does not detect that the EGR is functional, then CEL....

My wild guess is that this is what I triggered on a couple of occasions when I drove hard both the Gen3 and the GS uphill....
