August 24th, 2017 04:33 PM #1561Yes sir. Hinayaan ko na lang din.
Im comparing it with my everest, 80kph on nlex asphalt, dead silent si everest both on oem bridgestone and on proxes st2. Maybe the active noise cancelling on the eve helps, I dont know.
Decent grip though for a "comfort" tire as tested in BRC.

August 24th, 2017 10:03 PM #1563I don't have any dashboard rattles, but, it seems that it's a common problem with today's cars. Even BMW has it. It has something to do with those plastic trims on the A-pillar rubbing on something or against the windshield.

August 25th, 2017 10:27 AM #1566Same here with the driver side dashboard rattle. It seems to come and go though, depending on the condition of the road. It is, however, very prominent when the car is driven when the engine hasn't warmed up.
It seems to come from the plasticky and hollow-sounding A-pillar interior molding because the sound seems to disappear when I put pressure on the lower part that connects to the dashboard.
I don't find the stock tires of the 1.8E (Hankook Ventus S1 Noble2) noisy at all. But time will tell...

My 10th gen Altis had dashboard rattles, my 11th gen Altis had rattles (although very minor and infrequent), my FC Civic has rattles.
My '04 Mazda 3 and FB Civic didn't have rattles.
The difference? The rattling cars were built in Thailand. The Mazda and FB were from Japan. Funny coincidence.

August 25th, 2017 02:20 PM #1570Guys is there any way to remove scratches on the gear shift indicator? The plastic surface gets scratched so easily when I'm wiping it and it's annoying to see the scratches. Lol
