    I make some investigations in one of the rapide stores in makati. Wyl wating to fix my car. I have read most of the articles that is why i do this to know if its all true about RAPIDE and guess wat??? There all true, Well most of the problems are not in the technicians & store manager its from the operations manager & owner. Coz they set a target to the stores & the stores should comply into it, if not they will not earn the promise incentive where in the people in store are taking risk to get the target eventhough there customers suffer. Most of the people there were earing P10,000 less tax for store manager & technicians like apecsos tells you. That is why ang mga kawawang mangagawa ay manloloko nlng maipa-KOTA lng ang tindahan. Poor people naghihirap na nga pinpahirapan pa lalo!!! Hay RAPIDE get lost!!!! If you want to know more try to investigate for your self!

    As I told you. That's the way things are being runned there. Rapide knows that money is hard and their employees are being squeezed with every ounce of blood just for a mere 10,000 pesos less tax. Since I was there fighting on, I have made several calls to upper management about a pay rise BUT it fell to deaf ears.
    "Liargohel" You need to know more, not only is the quota a requirement, even good customer feedback is a requirement. Once the store manager gets a poor customer feedback......sorry, bye bye incentive (even if you got your quota)

    In my case, I defied everything and made my branch to be the "cheapest" among all the branches of Rapide which would explain why my branch was branded as the branch with the most number of customers served per month. I just find the mark-up so high and deliberately made the price lower so I would create a good impression to the customer and hopefully make them come back which is very essential in any form of business.

    Though am not saying that the price I set is the cheapest in the philippines but in the circumstances that I am in....being the cheapest in the Rapide network is something I can boast of and more importantly I bring the money to Rapide.

    I hate to be in Lea's position. Very hard to defend the wrong doings of Rapide. If she weren't employed by Rapide and getting paid for it , I don't know if her views would remain the same.

    Hello! Please allow me to be the one to welcome you in the community even though I’m also new here. It’s interesting to note that you have chosen to put your 1st post in this thread, thanks for giving attention with our company. I also hope that you receive an excellent service with the branch that you have visited.

    Anyway, you don’t really need to investigate; it’s not really a secret that we have quotas and incentive. I just don’t really see the need for me to react on topic concerning this because it’s an internal arrangement in the company and I don’t think customer will really care just as long as we provide an excellent service. If I read or receive complains on the kind of service that we provide, I guess that the only time that I need to react.

    I’m sure everybody here understands this type of company system; because I believe good companies have policies and programs that will ensure productivity from its employees and employees are evaluated through performance.

    Don’t you guys think it’s a good system that you incentivize PERFORMERS but the incentive will rely on customer satisfaction? So if you will not fix car properly, oversell and overprice you customer will they be satisfied? Will you hit your target consistently? Will you be rewarded by your employer?

    Leaniskra, I think you are just giving excuses and not focusing on the problem. Tatagalugin ko na sa yo ha para maintindihan mo mabuti.

    Eto.....i-nunumero ko pa para sa yo....

    1) Number 1 problema ng Rapide..........MAHAL MAG PRESYO
    2) Bakit mahal mag-presyo?--- Kasi kelangan MAKA-QUOTA AND STORE MANAGER PATI NA MEKANIKO PARA MAKAKUHA NG INCENTIVE.
    3) Bakit mahal mag-presyo ulit??---Kasi ang pyesa na galing kay kalentong Auto Supply (Tel# 531-7148) at ATCO Auto Supply (Tel# 831-4177 / 831-6365), etc at iba pang supplier eh bibilhin ng BIG-O's (na pag-aari din ni Mr. Limcaoco of Rapide). Pag nabili na ng BIG-o's and piyesa eh papatungan nito ang presyo para ipasa sa Rapide. Tapos ang Rapide naman ang magpapasa nito sa customer na papatungan ulit. KAYA MAHAL.
    4) Ang Quota na yan ang nagiging malaking problema. Para maka-quota at maka incentive eh TATAASAN ANG PRESYO PARA MAKA-QUOTA. Ang sinasabi mo naman na customer satisfaction (ALTHOUGH IMPORTANT) eh ginagawang palusot ng Rapide para hindi ibigay sa Store Manager andg incentive.
    5) Halimbawa kung 200 ang customer mo.......at alam mo naman ang mga customer hindi lahat pare-pareho....kung may isa dyan out of the 200 ang hindi na-satisfy....so ibig sabihin nanakawin ng Rapide yung pinaghirapan niya doon sa 199 customer na pinagsilbihan niya. Sino niloloko niyo ha Lea? Sino ang nagtuturo sa yo? Si Zenaida ba?
    6) Kaya nga hindi matigil ang ginagawang katarantaduhan ng mga store manager sa mga branches at hindi niyo mapigil na ninanakawan kayo ng benta or kung hindi eh nag-sideline ang store manager. Ninakawan na kayo sa head-office mismo, sa park square, so Boni, etc. Napakarami at hindi natigil. Bakit? Kasi nga ang sweldo eh 10,000 lang less tax. Bingi ka na siguro Lea.
    7) Lea, alam mo....subukan mo mag store manager o hindi kaya mag-mekaniko ka para malaman mo ang hirap at pasakit ng mga tao na yan.
    8) Hindi customer ang gusto niyong pagsilbihan kung hindi yung bulsa ni RKL.
    9) Ang policy na yan ng Rapide na manloko ng customer at empleyado niya ang dapat baguhin. Kahit hindi sira sasabihin sira.
    10) Last but not the least......ANG KAPAL TALAGA NG MUKHA NG RAPIDE.

    PS: No offence Lea...alam ko ginagawa mo lang trabaho mo otherwise hindi ka sasahod.

    Thank you miss lea for welcoming me. Well if its your company rules, bkit kelangan niong lokohin mga customers nio? Bkit hindi nio sila bigyan ng magandang mark up? Pra maging maganda ang feedback sa inyo ng mga customers nio. Tska db its our right to have some estimate with other auto shops? E bkit after nio iestimate ung car & we have our estimate price from other auto shop e kumkabig kau na cge ttapatan nio nlng ung presyo nung shop na un? Ibig sabihin ba nito pwde pa namin un makuha sa mas mababang halaga? And bkit d pare pareho ang pricing ng other rapide if they were both company owned? Eto ba ung tintwag na "hanggat kya lumusot, lulusot???" And nung napaservice ako d last tym d q naitopic ung langis na nilagay sa car ko, it was galing sa drum??? Db oils should not exposed???
