i mean, stamping number plates is easy. even locals do it. why look for a foreign firm to do it at all?

That is not a new car. It's a Gen 2 Ford Focus, last sold in 2011-12.

intersection from SM fairview to Novaliches Bayan. Both the taxi and motorcycles occupied the pedestrian lane. Yung incoming Honda SUV naman, wrong lane na beating the red light pa.

OT: foreign firm is just a distraction.... easier to carnap a new vehicle if it still has no plates and these thefts are notorious to be in cohorts with the police (govt)...
