If you noticed in the early part of the video, he was holding his face and head with both hands as one would when in a desperate situation, perhaps mental issues, maybe just the difficulties of life got to him.

Either way, I bet now he wished he was dead, if not already. Both legs were crushed including the pelvic area I think.
