Shoulder yung kanan hindi talaga pwede umovertake doon. Problema kasi sa area na yan pag may nag overtake na truck din sa isa pang truck. May mga truck kasi na below 60 takbo, pag nag overtake isa pang truck na nasa minimum limit pipila ka talaga at aantayin mo matapos yung pag overtake nun kaya mabagal talaga.

Pwede lang gamitin shoulder sa 2 lane road ng nlex kapag may congestion at max speed ay 40.

I think service lane nga yung outer lane. Candaba viaduct yung nasa video ko. According to description ng bridge na yun sa wiki, it has 4 lanes - 2 lanes for south bound and 2 lanes for north bound. And because its a 5 km viaduct/bridge then it is safe to say na yung outer lane (the 3rd lane) is not really intended for overtaking or use at all kasi it serves nga as service lane. So in short it seems 2 lanes lang talaga ang dapat ginagamit. Unless you are in an emergency you can use the outer lane. I maybe wrong though. Anyone from NLEX to clear this up? Normally kasi wala talaga akong nakikita na gumagamit nung lane na yun. Kaya nagulat ako ng may dumaan.

So mali pala yung sign? service lane pero pwedeng gamitin ng mababagl na sasakyan? Ang labo. It is supposed to be use for emergencies or kung may stalled vehicles right?

Hindi, kapag congested lang nlex. Tipong parang edsa na. Lagi na kasing congested nlex sa 2 lane part every weekend kaya inopen na nila yung shoulder para madaanan na rin.

Clear yung middle? Even the car in front of you need to overtake the truck in front of him dahil mabagal.

Where do you want him to pass if nag madadali talaga? Clearly ang mali dito yung mga nasa fast lane, inner lane na nag bababad ang babagal naman.

Parang sa provincial road, mga nagbabad sa inner lane and the only way to overtake those slow cars is by using the outer lane.

When you said "mabilis lang at walang inoovertakan" I was thinking you are citing a different/hypothetical situation. The video clearly shows he is overtaking using a no overtaking lane. That's not proper and that goes the same to the slow vehicles occupying the inner lane.

Punta ka inner lane then flash your headlights. If the slow vehicle in front of you knows proper driving etiquette, then palulusutin ka.

PH setting in an expressway? not going to happen especially sa sample video mo. Seemed like a half kilometer line of slow vehicles occupying the fast lane/overtake lane.

Magtiis ka umovertake sa middle or outer lane.

Very clear yung mga videos na naka post dito. Ano po ba ang mga gamit ninyo? Gamit ko ay BlackVue DR650gw-2ch. Naka set na yung quality sa high def. Pero yung footage hindi sia mukhang high definition. Malabo yung license plate number ng mga sasakyan.
