I’m not condoning the woman’s raising of voice. She’s obviously stressed out by the situation. But this looks like another occurrence of mmda officers ganging up on a motorist for a chance to get them riled up on camera.

Had this happened in another country, we pinoys will meekly hand in our license and speak in a low tone and in broken english asking for forgiveness. Because this is Pinas, we try to outsmart the law and throw our weights around and threaten the enforcers. May paawa effect pa - kesyo buntis, dinudugo, fiscal, nagasgasan ang starex, putangina, etc.

We just dont respect the law.

The payloader lifted the ramp door so the ro ro boat can properly off load.

So kasalanan nung driver? And was the driver still inside the vehicle when that happened? Delikado yun ah. Kasi kita ko wiper was still working. Or hand break and baba agad.
