Doc I believe the worst part is that they don't even realize how dangerous it is for them to be on main roads or even city side streets.

I thought they were already banned on urban thoroughfares, but again, no enforcement?

I wouldn't even consider driving it in Manila Master Arch. Not that I even have one.

Hindi naman porket motor at kotse nagkadisgrasya eh talo agad kotse. Misconception yan na sadly pati law enforcers eh yun ang alam kaya laging gusto nila areglo na labg at gastos si car driver.

If you are not in fault, ipaglaban mo at hindi ka naman need magbayad. Hassle sa hassle pero may accident kasi eh, may karapatan naman takag magreklamo or magkaso ang isang tao na sa tingin niya agrabyado siya. Nasa prosecutor na nga lang yan if may probable cause para ituloy ang kaso or hindi. Pero legal process yan na for the protection of everyone. Not just for the 2 wheel drivers or pedestrians but for the 4wheel owners and drivers as well. It was put in place precisely to avoid being aggravated.

Come to think of it, kung wala naman disgrasya wala naman need na ng legal process eh. Yung accident lang naman talaga ang mag-tritrigger niyan kaya better practice defensive driving talag para iwas na lang sa aberya. Nasa batas din naman na if you think harassment lang yung ikakaso sa iyo eh pwede mo naman balikan din ng kasong unjust vexation or malicious prosecution para mag-isip yung pamilya ng kakaso sayo since may mabigat ka namang evidence.

i agree.
these folks are pedestrians carrying two or three wheels.

by the frequency one sees these less-than-four-wheelers and e-toys along taft avenue, one would not remember that these vehicles are banned from said road.
where are the enforcers?
...merong dalawa o tatlo doon sa taft corner faura, sa harap ng masay. naghihintay sumita ng nasa leftmost lane na dumiretso at hindi kumaliwa.
the same enforcers who refuse to see the pujs and vehicles on the other side... loading, unloading, and parking under the very signage declaring no loading and unloading, as they wait for their masay kids... creating traffic...

Yup. Very true. Kapag may accident pakita mo agad sa pulis yan para sa police report pa lang wala na makikitang probable cause ang prosecutor at wala na issampang kaso sa iyo.

Pwede mo agad ijustify na ikaw pa nga ang naperwisyo at mas may karapatang humabol ng damages. Actual, moral at maybe exemplary damages.

I would drive one within metro manila if I have a Stinger. It's as easy to drive as any midsize.

I bet even archerfish would enjoy it like his Mazda6.
