the first posts are all about seeming clear-cut complaints with nebulous responses.
but with the following question-and-answer posts,
meron palang mahiwagang kuwento...

Almost solve na pala problema mo. Wla ka nang magagawa sa tagal ng repair tapos nayon, water under the bridge na.

Im sure may mga parts na nakalista sa insurance job request na hindi pinalitan.
Pag GCQ na ask for a second opinion, pwede mo itry sa Rapide para lahat ng sira makita.

It's far from over sir, dahil tama kayo dun sa part na nakalista sa insurance job pero hindi pinaltan

yung dalwang damage na mags bayad na ng insurance sa kanila, ewan bakit wala silang makitang replacement up to this day

Update ko lang, the car is now with me pero may mga kulang pa din na parts specifically abs sensor and break cover, mud guard.

On the reimbursement part ng fender assembly naman pahirapan din.

Ang painting at tinsmith is paid by the insurance P26450
Yung fender assembly is P13K+ (amount we're trying to reimburse because repair lang ang ginawa nila)

ito ang sabi nila:

may less painting na P6750 at
tinsmith na P3000

tama ba singilin pa ako ng additional eh bayad na nga yun ng insurance na P12K for tinsmith at P14K for the painting?

saklap naman ng ganyang sitwasyon. kung sa Banawe dinala yan tapos na agad lahat ng half day kasama panel painting.

hindi ka ba pwede manghiram ng mags and tires para matesting mo kung dun talaga yung problema sa vibration.

If may ma encounter kayong problem with casa like dishonesty, fraud, etc, just email DTI's mediation department. Sana ginawa ko ng mas maaga, laki ng naitulong nila sa akin.

Although may damaged parts pa din na hindi na sama sa insurance because of casa's negligence on thoroughly checking for damages, malaking tulong ang nagawa ni DTI para mabalik sa amin ang biniyad sa kanila ng insurance namin.
