I based on your post earlier, di mo pala sa Kia dinala yung car.

The car is also a pre-Ayala Kia model.

Technically... yung mga casa is just a service center, kahit anong car naman pwede nila gawin, kaso since hindi na sila Kia... baka limited na lang available parts nila. Hence napilitan ka maghanap ng parts sa labas...

since almost 1 year na yung car sa casa... paano mo sya dinala sa LTO for registration?

And for these cases, wala bang offer na service car yung insurance?

Sorry for the OT. this is one reason kung bakit palagi akong nauuwi sa Toyota, Honda or Mitsubishi...

Dinala ng friend ko yung early 2000 Revo nya sa Toyota for repair... Although inabot ng 6 months yung car (due to parts), naayos naman... kaso medyo Frankenstein kinalabasan nung car nya since wala na talaga silang available ng front grill and headlights nung specific model nya... kaya yung latest model na ginamit ng Toyota... Imagine, almost 20 year old car and may nahanap pa din na parts yung dealership.

So I thought most likely ma-absorb sya ng Ayala pero along the way hindi ata nagka sundo ang deal. Kaya ang pagkaka-intindi ko hindi na sila pwedeng kumuha ng parts sa planta or hindi sila priority only dealers with Ayala. Anyways wala din naman laman na piyesa ang planta nila Ni hindi na sila makapag scan ng ECU ng Kias for diagnostics kasi cut-off nila sa network since Ayala na si Kia.

could you tell us what they were supposed to do with the vehicle?
body repair lang ba? because from the pictures alone, mukhang madali lang yan.
suspension?
engine?
chassis alignment?

and what parts did you source by yourself, because they couldn't find them for you?

other damages are more of pang-ilalim, shocks, cross-member assembly, knuckles

according to them chassis and engine wasn't damaged.

Suspension at body lang talaga ang tama. Dapat madali lang ito if dumating agad ang parts, ewan ko lang bakit inabot ng 7-8 months bago dumating ang piyesa.

Inuwi ko muna ang sasakyan pero hindi pa kami tapos with the repairs. Hindi ko din magagamit kasi malakas vibration because damaged nga ang mags.

Nilipat muna namin yung rear tires sa front at front tires to rear para makita if may problem pa dun sa ni-repair. talagang mags + tires ang cause ng vibration.

Autocirculo Corp, back then KIA ALABANG sila. Now they are GAC Alabang & Las Pinas

Personally, madami akong kilala with Suzuki/Korean cars na yung PMS nila was arranged with another dealership/service center

Pero body repairs is another story.

So dinala yung Kia sa casa ng GAC - I can imagine na pinutol ni Kia-Ayala access ni GAC sa Kia parts.
