September 16th, 2005 12:55 AM #13( suki po ako ng rapide riverbanks pero for me okay naman sila...kahit na problematic ako sa car ko ngayon, hindi ko pa din iniisip na possible meron silang hindi magandang ginagawa...mukhang matitino naman yung mga kausap kong tao...hehehe...
nweiz, itry ko din yung suggested shop (in another thread) to get 2nd opinion

dati regular ako sa rapide timog...one-time they told me they need to repair something,2k+ daw.i went to shell instead & spent only 800....feeling casa sila kung tumaga!i never went back...someone somewhere mentioned before na mura nga yung promos nila pero babawiin din either sa yo or sa next customer

kala ko pa naman ok diyan sa rapide. ang dami kasi niyan, pakalat-kalat lang sa tabi-tabi.

Taga sa presyo ng allignment at camber. pag sa tingin nilang walang alam sa oto yung me ari ng kotse, tataasan ang presyo ng services nila at kung anu anong sira ang sasabihin sa suspension (brandnew pa ang kotse). it happened to my cousin and to some of my friends. di pa nga ako nadala. nagpa align din ako..sabi sira na daw shocks ko dapat na daw palitan, meron daw sila.
sabi ko na wala namang tagas yung shocks ko at 10k palang tinakbo nung oto. ayun after 4 years awa ng Diyos hanggang ngayon ok pa yung shocks.
Taga din sa presyo ang mags nila at tires...

September 17th, 2005 01:57 PM #20First time i heard this... I'm pretty happy with the service of JP Wheels as they're the only shop i've encountered before that could cure the kalampags of our car(s). Haven't been there the past year though.
OK naman service nila.....Kung magpapagawa ka sa kanila, u better bring your own parts...Don't source from them. Ang laki ng patong nila and inconsistent pa. This was what happened to me. Nagpa quote ako ng shocks ng honda crv sa kanila, they told me first na 3800 ang isang genuine(the day before),next time(day after)pagbalik ko 4300 na. (this is just for 1 piece).Obvious na nangloloko sila.....Be careful lang, this is what i'm saying.....
